Plastic eggs, goggly eyes, pipe cleaners. This activity is sure to capture your little one’s imagination, while sneaking in some development as they thread pipe cleaners, peel the backs off stickers, and have a chat about their creation. It’s a win, win!
You need plastic eggs, pipe cleaners, goggly eyes, stickers and lots of imagination.

Lay out your eggs and other items and ask your little one if they’d like to make eggy faces. Ev’s answer was a resounding ‘yes!’ (phew!). Encourage them to chat about what they’d like their egg to look like. What colour hair might it have? Will it be long or short? One eye or two? There are so many possibilities!
This is great for language, colours, and fine motor skills.
