What did Sid scoff?

In need of a super easy play idea, for toddlers and older children, using random items you can grab at home? Look no further. Sid will save your play!

You only need a pair of old tights (washed), scissors, some stickers, and a few toys of different shapes and sizes.

Before you get started: be sure to check out my 8 Principles of Play!

Simply snip your tights in half, fill one leg with the toys, and attach eyes and coloured stickers for added intrigue. Finally, a dramatic shout of “what has Sid scoffed!” And you’re good to go.

Ev loved prodding Sid about to guess which toys he’d been feasting on, chatting about the different shapes and textures, and filling Sid himself for me to guess.

This is great for observation, communication, vocabulary and motor skills!
